Life & Lemons

Life & Lemons - Sushrut Munje

The old lady sits by the street. She sells lemons. Day in, day out. Being a regular customer who smiles, she remembers me. Being a dear old lady who smiles, I always smile back.

Though the smiles linger only for a moment, we probably liven up each other’s day. A moment’s happiness, yet enough warmth to last ages. The lightness of being is unbearable indeed :)
